Weekends are for food prep

Noodle bowls are the easiest way to combine amazing ingredients into a healthy meal.
Tonight we used a vegetarian stock, Udon noodles, water chestnut, mini sweet peppers, red onion, shredded carrot, green onion, red cabbage and cilantro.
Finish it off with a grilled New York steak and a glass of Sierra Nevada Brewing Nooner and you’ve got the perfect end to a beautiful Saturday.
