First all-grain from scratch recipe

Just ordered ingredients for my first, from scratch, all-grain brew. Looking to develop a darker Saison-style, but not necessarily sticking to the tradition.

Here’s the bill…

German Pils – 5lb
Rahr White Wheat mal (light) – 2lb
German Dark Munich – .75lb
Belgian Aromatic – .19lb
Belgian Pale – 2.5lb

Sterling (pellet) – 1.35oz – 60min
Nugget (pellet) – .45oz – last 8 min
Willamette (pellet) – .72oz – last 8 min

White Labs Belgian Saison 1 (WLP565)
White Labs Abbey Ale (WLP530)

Adjunct: Light Brown Sugar – 1lb (not sure at what stage to include this)
