Let’s just get right to it…

Grain Bill
20lb – Pale Ale malt
4lb – Munich malt
2lb – Row Caramel malt (60L)
2lb – 2-row Chocolate malt (60L)
2lb – raw Oats

Hop additions
2oz – Centennial (10%) – added during boil; boiled for 45min
2oz – Cascade (5.5%) – added during boil; boiled 45min
2oz – Willamette (5%) – added during boil; boiled 20min
1oz – Cascade (5.5%) – added during boil; boiled 5min

Yeast
Wyeast 1028 London Ale
Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale

Extras
1lb – Molasses
